Company Secretaries of India (CS) and holding Bachelor of
Law (LLB) degree from University of Mumbai.

with 15+ years’ experience in legal, secretarial and
compliance functions pertaining to regulation and standards

Economics from Shivaji University, Maharashtra (M’Com,
Economics) and an Associate Member of Institute of
Company Secretaries of India (CS).
 She is having 12+ years of experience in Corporate listed
and unlisted entities. 5+ years of experience in teaching at
Management Institutions and Corporate trainings.
 A Practicing Company Secretary with integrated knowledge
of multiple disciplines of Law, Management, Finance and
Corporate Governance. An interdisciplinary corporate
manager and legal counsel for compliance aspects of
business. Ability to understand, analyze complex and
technical issues and exercise accordingly with tact and
intelligence. Motivated by internal standards of excellence
to overachieve expectations and exceed all set goals. She is
excellent in communication skills and a research oriented
professional.
