1. Explain and describe how to be an effective science teacher.

- being an effective teacher is not a talent, it is the effort, time, quality, and the different
ways of a teacher in order the students understand what he/she talking in front. As an
effective science teacher, you should be active or lets just say you have an idea in
terms of what subject or lesson you handle because it would be difficult to a teacher if
the students ask a particular topic and you can’t answer it properly and students might
think that its normal to deliver that kind of words/sound if someone ask particularly in
academic. Furthermore, as a future educator particularly in the fields of science it is my
pleasure to introduce the topic to the students. Well, it depends on what stages they are
in, what grade they are for the exact purpose is you can have an ideas what materials to
use and what words or learning to use and I should indicates my objectives or the
knowledge we desire in order to meet the goal of the lesson.

2. Explain and describe the different principle in effective science teaching.

The following are the different principle in effective science teaching;

 Teaching as a purposeful means to an end.

- This actively demonstrate that teaching a students is not only effective in the
beginning teacher must give more efforts in order the students learn more and
their learning can help them in their daily living.

 Core scientific ideas

- As a teacher it is our job to make the students understand the lesson and by
doing this, it should be concentrating the goal or the desirable knowledge of the
lesson.
 Deep scientific understanding
- This means that teacher as an educator, when teaching a lesson when giving an
example in particular topic it should be related to science either nature, science
knowledge, and values of science.
 Complexity of learning
- As a teacher it is unavoidable that we are impress the students by the way they
answer and present their opinion in particular topic but do not overwhelm
learners cognitive capabilities.
 Active construction of scientific knowledge
- This actively demonstrate that as a teacher we should sometimes challenge the
students for them to test their thinking or their learnings.
 Science content and students interest
- When teaching a lesson make your topic related to your students interest and
personal lives.
 Expectations of learning
- Teacher should set high expectations towards learners in order the students
must do their part.
 Students anxiety and conflict
- When teaching a lesson or a topic avoid mentioning situation or words that can
be triggered to students anxiety. It is better if you know your students well.
 Conclusions
- To sum up everything that has been stated so far, as a teacher you should ask
the students what have they learn in your discussion and give evaluations.
