1. Why is it necessary or proper for the teachers to have an art of

questioning in asking questions to the learners
 For me, it is necessary or proper for the teachers to have an art
of questioning in asking questions to the learners to arouse the
interest of the students and thus they can answer the question
with understanding. It is also better for a teacher to give an
open-minded question so that students can reflect on their
answer and be able to respond to each question.

2. What is the impact of using instructional materials in teaching

our lessons?
 The impact of using instructional materials in teaching the
lessons, is that it makes the teaching more realistic and
practical. Students understand the lesson better when there are
instructional materials and when it is creatively made. We can’t
avoid that the class becomes bored when teachers just say and
write the lesson. The more colorful and beautiful the
instructional materials the more interested and enticed the
students to study.
3. Discuss how to get the mastery level of our learners and give
example
 To get the mastery level of the leaners, you must divide the
number of those who passed by the number of students who
took the exam and multiply by 100. For example, 80 passed the
exam then the number of students who took the exam is 100.
We need to divide 80 by 100. So 80/100 is equal to 0.8 then
multiply by 100 so the mastery level of the learners is 80%. It
means because the mastery level is high you will continue to
your next topic but when the mastery level is less than 50% it
means you need to reteach the subject.

4. Explain the following

 A teacher centered - teacher centered is method of teaching in which
the lesson is only focused on the teacher, only the teacher gives ideas
and learnings to the students, it is also called spoon-feeding.

 B learner-centered - the learner centered is still method of teaching

which focuses the learnings on the students. There is already
interaction between teacher and student as well as with their fellow
students. In this case collaboration is already taking place. This is the
new way of teaching and not the traditional way or spoon-feeding. It
is also called the give and take method of teaching in which students
and teachers learn from each other
 C subject matter centered - The subject matter approach is a
teaching method in which students take a more passive role in the
learning process. Students are required to listen to the information,
participate in limited discussion, take notes, and retrieve or recall the
information in order to be evaluated.
 D child friendly - child friendly for me is a characteristic of the
school or of the teachers which is committed to the safety of the
students in their learning. It should be a high security for children and
make them safety and comfortable. And they should recognize and
respect the rights of the children. And teachers and schools should
have a harmonious relationship between the co-teachers, students,
superiors, parents, community and other stakeholders.
