Summary
It takes exactly 21 days for a person to form a
habit or kick an old habit. Dr maxwell maltz
was a plastic surgeon in the 1950s when he
started noticing strange patterns among his
patients for example in rhinoplasty he noticed
that it look patients exactly 21 days to get used
to starting to see his new nose

And herevthe conflict starts to emerge and


people start to believe in the theory, why is the
number 21 considered q source of temtation
which means something you can do in 21 days
is also long enough to be believed a challenge
that is difficult but not impossible. Who does'nt
like to change their life in just 21 days, from
getting up early and cooking healthy food
recipe and many other positive things

The lesson that i can learn from the video that i
watched is that it does'nt take long if we want
to make change, it's just that we need time and
