WRITING – COVID-19

Hello friend, I hope you are well. I am a student at the technical university of
babahoyo.
In a pandemic, the COVID 19 virus has impacted my life mentally.
For the first few months I was very concerned about how this virus he was moving
fast. Every time I talked about it, they told me to just practice personal hygiene and
social distancing. During the summer I used my free time to spend time with my family
and guide us about what to do when there is a case nearby.
I should wear a mask whenever you go to a public place. I had to wash my hands
frequently. I had to remember every time to maintain social distancing and I was really
worried about how it may affect my family.
So I started going to group therapy. I attended several different programs. All of
them revolved around understanding anxiety.
Throughout these three months, I developed a new relationship with my anxiety This
program taught me to detect the first signs of a panic attack even before it occurs.
