    Dear Mrs. Brown 

    On the twelfth of September 2022 I bought a bottle of coffee for 10 dollars at the Walmart
    located in 3 king street Iinstead. Only to come home to see that the coffee that had already
    been pulled ,used and was also expired.

    I went back the next day for a refund and their manager told me that the item was on sale and
    they refused to give me a refund or replacement. I was greatly disappointed at the bad service I
    received from the store. To resolve this problem i would like you guys to reach out to the
    manager of the supermarket and resolve this problem with him and his crew.

    I'll look forward to your response about this matter.
