Qn:Explain the cause of unethical behavior.

Unethical behaviors
This are behaviors that are been prohibited by the law within a certain sector or activity in the
society.

The following are the causes of unethical behaviors at the working place.

>ignorance of employees
Unethical behaviors do occur in working places mostly due to the ignorance of the employees they
do not follow rules and regulations kept by the organization or company they work . Example in
many organizations they do have the exactly time that the workers have to reach in their working
areas but you meet some workers reach lately than the time kept by their organization.

>management pressure
This happens when the managers uses abusive language to his or her employees where by makes
some of the employees to not be able to follow or obey their managers due to the language that
they use against them so due to this causes unethical behaviors at the working area.

>Discrimination
This causes unethical behaviors at the working areas due to some leader or managers do favor
some of their employees due to their own interest example you find a owner of the organization is
an Arab so the workers who will be favored the most are only Arabs but the rest are been
discriminated example in wages and salaries the Arabs are paid good amount of money but the rest
are paid two times lower the amount of the Arabs

>personal ambition
This also occurs mostly in some few workers or managers that they do something in the working
places for their own interest example some employees do still money for the company without the
owner knowing in order to still keep him or herself rich and some do even practice witchcraft for
their bosses in or for their bosses to only love them and keep them in a good position at work.

>working condition
This happens mostly when in working places their is no respect among the manager and the
employees once the managers do not act seriously in their working area their will be no respect
among employees and the managers between them so this will cause many unethical behaviors
such as lying,verbal abuse and also misuse of working time.

Generally:so all this unethical behaviors in working places can be eliminated by the following
provision of heavy and strict laws in working areas so as to be with good ethical behaviors so as to
make the image good because once the company or working place has unethical behaviors will also
affect the growth of the company.
