    TO, ALL CONCERNED TEACHERS

    1. This is to inform all teachers/personnel of the school the schedule of monthly officer-in-
    charge effective immediately, this school year 2021-2022 to wit;

    February 2022 Mrs. Emma B. Corre


    March 2022 Mr. Mark Christian C, Indico
    April 2022 Mrs. Razel D, Marrero
    May 2022 Mir. Pancho S. Permocille
    June 2022 Miss Mila F. Fernandez
    July 2022 Mrs, Marlene F. Singayan
    August 2022 Mr. Pepe S. Permocille

    2. The Monthly OIC Shall ;

    a. Represent the school to local meetings,conferences and other transactions in cases that the
    school Principal is absent, on leave,attending seminars,out of school activities authorized by
    the Department.
    b. Help check the daily attendance of teachers, and in charge of consolidating the teachers
    monthly accomplishment report.
    c. Help collate and collect report of teachers.
    d. Help plan, organize, implement and monitor school activities or affairs.
    e. Help coordinate to stake holders matters pertaining to school programs/projects and
    activities.
    f. Care taker of school office and in charge of entertaining school visitors.
