One of the best ways to increase student academic achievement and equip
young people for democratic citizenship in a pluralistic society is through multicultural
education. It means that a society is pluralistic when people from various ancestries,
backgrounds, worldviews, and other backgrounds come together to create and live in it.

The video I watched say’s that about Multicultural Education  it fosters a true
sense of self, encourages healthy development, gets kids ready for the future, prevents
isolation, and dispels prejudice and fear of difference. It aids in the acquisition of
knowledge, attitudes, and abilities that are necessary for all students to function
effectively in a pluralistic society. Students benefit from being able to interact, bargain,
and speak with people of various backgrounds. A student's communication abilities
develop and improve.

Students need to know, understand, and have knowledge about multicultural

education to deal with the issues they face in one society, not just one but many
societies to promote equality. Implementing multicultural education is not only beneficial
to one person, one student, but for the whole society. Because when you know how to
care and give importance to one culture, you promote equality and justice, and it has a
long-term benefit to students. Why? Because they can use their knowledge to empower
the youth around them and share the knowledge they have about multicultural
education.

It is very important to learn about multicultural education. This will give us the
knowledge to promote equality, not discrimination.
