Entrepreneur” Food Expo” Reflection

Ever since the preparation for the upcoming food expo, I can say that was a busy and
stressful week for us all, but to see what we have come to today is a blast and a
memorable experience. All the efforts that we put into this activity are well worth it to
know that we have completed it successfully.

At first, being in a group is hard. Offscreen shows the lack of productivity, initiation, and
productivity of some of my members. But we successfully dealt with it by giving them
roles that fit their capabilities. The creativity and flexibility were also challenging for us
since the workload was piling up, but throughout the day we completed and exceeded
the work.

Personally, I've learned how to handle a variety of issues and situations that call for
direct supervision as a young business owner and CEO representative of our company.
Together with leading my group, I also learned how to manage and delegate
responsibilities to other members, allowing us to complete various given workloads. I
am the one who is also in charge of managing my team, interacting with our investors,
and managing the cook for the big event. With the aid of our investors, we also
constructed the booth. The booth shows our different ideas mixed together as well as
the theme of our brand color. At this activity, we have learned how to deal with each
other, how we are able to express ourselves, and how we gain ideas as a group.
