Catering Services

Characters:

Seller – The contact person or the head of the catering service. The one who commands the staffs such
as the cook, waiters/waitresses, receptionist and among others.

Distributors – The person/s that will handle the production such us cooking, entertaining guest and
serving the customers.

Customers – the person/s who will receive the amount of especial attention coming from the
distributors.

Scenario:

Seller: (Phone ringing ……) (Answers the call ….) Hello Good Morning this is (insert name) speaking how
may I help you?

Customer: Hello is this (Insert the name of the catering service)?

Seller: Yes maam/sir how may I help you maam/sir?

Customer: Okay, I would like to hold christening party for my baby and this is my details and conditions
(Add details and conditions that you can improvised)

Seller: Okay maam/sir the terms and conditions of our agreement regarding the party is settled expect us
in the venue at exactly (Insert preferred time and date) thank you for trusting (Insert catering service’s
name) God Bless and have a nice day.

Meeting area:

Seller: So, guys this is the details of our client regarding the event He/she wanted us to do (Discuss the
details to the distributors, staffs and receptionist) So the chief would cook those meals in the list and the
receptionist will handle the guest properly upon their arrival so (instructing the receptionist) you guys
must create a welcoming present for the guest (Nakalimot kos name sa kanang itaod sa neck shy hahaha)
and the staff or the waiters and waitresses should help in preparing the area such as decorations, table
arrangements and everything okay? (Pwedi ra mag adlib boot2 og storya as long as parehas rag gi point
kung makalimot sa line). So that’s it and let’s meet up at the venue tomorrow okay.

All: (Distributors) – Yes maam/sir

At the venue: Everybody is busy entertaining the guest

Distributor (Receptionist): Good morning maam Welcome to baby (name of the baby) christening (Dayun
butang sa sash bana? Haha nalimot ko shy). Have a seat maam/sir (Guiding them to their respected
seats).

Distributor (Chief/cook) Busy cooking the foods.

Distributors (Waitress/waiter): serving the foods.

Customer: Thank you every one for coming in my daughter/son’s christening party I hope you will like
the food and services that the amazing (Name of the catering service) that will be offering to us today.
Enjoy the party and food guys.

After the party:

Customer: Thank you so much for all of your effort, service and dedicated work to make this event
happen.

Seller: (Pero naka gather tanan) : It’s our pleasure maam/sir thank you for trusting (Name of the catering
service) feel free to contact us if you would like to held a big event and we’re happy to serve you.

Customer: Yes sure thank you Bye.
