1. Introduction
Every year thousands of children come to our campsites to have a great experience in
the summer. To attend to them well, our company needs to recruit young students to
work as leisure monitors. These monitors have to be prepared to deal with the
requirements of our young clients.
Due to most of our monitors not having any experience in this field, I recommend an
intensive course of three months to prepare them for the summer camp in the best way. I
think this time would be sufficient to teach them about all of the materials that are
required to do this job accurately.
4. Avoid failures
During a summer camp, it is possible that many problems could appear. However, if we
have a prepared team, there are fewer possibilities that something wrong could happen.
If there are fewer problems, the children will be happier and there are more
opportunities to attract more clients, and therefore, more benefits for our company.
