Rotary Drum Blancher Used for blanching vegetables, fruits, legumes, pasta, and seafood
before canning or freezing. The Rotary Drum Blancher is used to hot
water blanch products with water at up to 98ºc. Capable of rehydration
of a wide range of materials, including navy beans and rice with dwell
times up to 25 minutes.

Steam Ovens It's an oven that circulates steam rather than hot air to cook food. Steam
ovens allow you to cook dishes which are full of flavour, while also
retaining the nutrients of the ingredients.

Candy Thermometer Used to measure temperatures up to 400 degrees F. This long, skinny
thermometer is commonly used when making hard and soft candy such
as brittle, pralines, toffee, fudge, and more.

Double Boiler Used when applying gentle heat when making sauces, melting
chocolate, and other delicate tasks. This melt a bit of butter, chocolate,
or whatever other sweet substances you need to add to your candy.

Kitchen Scale Used to adequately measure the serving sizes of ingredients and food
items in making candy.

Stainless Steel Bowl Stainless steel bowls are versatile cookware that can be used for much
more than mixing, since their lightweight and durable nature makes
them great to store or freeze foods.

Silicone Spatula Silicone spatulas can be used to stir extremely hot mixtures or remove
food directly from roasting or frying pans. They are soft and flexible they
will not scratch cookware but will help you get the most food off the
sides of bowls and pans. They are also sturdy and difficult to break.

Molds Molds which are designed to be used in candy-making, for the


production of both filled and solid for example chocolates. This mainly
shaped the candy according to the candy mold.

Sterilised Jars Used to preserved foods a long shelf life and prevent any nasty
contaminants from spoiling all your hard work.
Preserving Pan A large saucepan used to cook jams, jellies, pickles and chutneys. A
preserving pan is narrower across the base than at the top to
encourage evaporation during cooking. Also known as a jam pan,
preserving pans are deep enough so that they are usually never more
than half full.

Sugar Thermometer A candy thermometer, also known as a sugar thermometer or jam


thermometer, is a cooking thermometer used to measure the
temperature and therefore the stage of a cooking sugar solution.

Large Jam Pot Jam pots have an opening with a much larger diameter than the bottom
of the pot: this allows the water to evaporate more quickly when cooking
the jam, concentrating the valuable ingredients and, above all, the
incomparable taste of the ripe fruit

Earthen Pots Used for storing salted products .

Wooden Salting Vat Used as a container for salting process basically to brine salting large
quantities.

Tray Dryers Dryers that use trays or similar product holder to expose the product to
heated air in an enclosed space. The tray holding the product inside the
cabinet and are exposed to heated air so that dehydration will proceed.

Freeze Dryers A process of which water is removed from the product after it has been
freeze and palace under vacuum, allowing the ice to change directly
from solid to vapor without passing through a liquid phase.
