‫كيفية رفع المتطلبات‪ :‬الكتالوج و ‪ MDMA‬في نظام نوبكو )‪(SRM‬‬

‫الكتالوج‪:‬‬

‫يجب تسمية ملف الكتالوج (رقم البند التسلسلي لنوبكو_ رقم كتالوج الشركة)‪.‬‬ ‫•‬
‫تحضير صفحتين متصلتين ‪ PDF‬وتكون األولى مختصر لمعلومات البند كما هو موضح بالصورة والتعليمات باألسفل‪ ،‬واألخرى تكون‬ ‫•‬
‫للكتالوج األساسي ويكون مرتبط بالبند الذي تم تسعيرة بالمنافسة ويجب تحديد البند بأي لون إن كان متضمنًا داخل جدول أو غيره‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬الصفحة األولى (المختصرة)‪:‬‬
‫كتابة اسم الشركة بالكامل واسم المصنع المرتبط بالمورد للعناصر ال ُمسعرة في نفس الصفحة "الجانب األيمن ‪ ،‬أعلى"‪.‬‬ ‫‪.1‬‬
‫في حالة تعدد األحجام المتنوعة‪ ،‬قم بتمييز المواصفات داخل صفحة الكتالوج المرفق‪.‬‬ ‫‪.2‬‬
‫اكتب رقم البند التسلسلي لـ نوبكو ‪ ،‬والكود الخاص به في صفحة الكتالوج‪ ،‬رقم المجموعة ان وجد‪" ،‬الجانب األيسر ‪ ،‬أعلى"‪.‬‬ ‫‪.3‬‬
‫يجب تقديم صورة البند في المرفق‪ ،‬والمعلومات المطلوبة كالتالي‪:‬‬ ‫‪.4‬‬
‫الوصف‪ ،‬رقم الكتالوج‪ ،‬رقم الـ ‪ ،MDMA‬ورقم المنتج الطبي في السجل الوطني ‪Medical Device National Listing Number‬‬
‫كما هو موضح باألسفل‪:‬‬
‫‪ -‬الصفحة الثانية‪ :‬تكون للكتالوج األساسي للشركة أو المصنع وتحتوي على بيانات فنية أو تقنية‪ ،‬أو أي بيانات متعلقة بالبند‪.‬‬

‫يجب تحميل شهادة ‪ ، MDMA‬للبند المسعر‪ ،‬وكذلك قائمة الملحق ‪ Annex‬المرتبطة بالنبد‪.‬‬
‫جدول الـ ‪ Annex‬يجب أن يشمل قائمة البنود المتعلقة بشهادة الـ ‪ ، MDMA‬وعليه يجب التمييز بعالمة أو تظليل رقم البند‬
‫المسعر‪.‬‬
‫في حالة التقديم على مجموعة )‪ ، (SET‬وهناك اختالف في جدول القوائم لبعض البنود لوجودها في قائمة أخرى‪ ،‬عليه يجب اضافة‬
‫كل بنود المجموعة في ملف أكسيل‪ ،‬كما هو موضح باألسف‪.‬‬
‫في حال عدم توافق شهادة الـ ‪ MDMA‬لبعض البنود‪ ،‬عليه يجب ارفاق تصنيف هيئة الغذاء والدواء للبند المسعر‪.‬‬

 Instruction for the Vendors:

How to upload the requested Catalogue and MDMA in NUPCO system (SRM);

Catalogue:
• Catalogue file must be named by the (NUPCO Serial Number _ Company Catalogue number).
• Prepare two PDF pages, the first page contains the details as shown below, the second page related to the
main catalogue for the quoted item, and the items details must be highlighted if founded in schedule or
table.
- The first page: (Brief page):
1. Write the full Company Name and Manufacture for the quoted items at the same page “Right side, up”.
2. In case of assorted sizes, Highlight the specification inside the current Catalogue Page.
3. Write the NUPCO Serial Number, Code, and Group number if applicable at the catalogue page “Left side,
up”.
4. The Item’s Picture must be provided at the current page, avoid unnecessarily pictures for other size to the
same item or to upload any “Surgical or Technique Instruction”, information including the: “Description,
catalogue number, MDMA number, and the Medical Device National Listing Number”, as illustrated bellow.
- The second Page: Contains the main catalogue, technical detail, or any specific information for the quoted
item.

MDMA:
1. Upload the MDMA certificate, as well as the Annex list for the quoted item.
2. The Annex schedule should be provided for the list of the MDMA certificate, therefore, highlight or mark
the Listing Number for the quoted item.
3. On behalf of the SET, the inclusions must have an Annex, in case of different certificate and Annex for the
components, thus, to be uploaded in schedule together even in Excel Format, As illustrated bellow.
4. In case MDMA not applicable, provide us the SFDA classification related to the item.
