Executive Summary Bayanihan Elementary School formulated
programs, projects and activities that will cater/solved
that problems or issues related to teaching and
learning. This project PLAS was formulated and
accomplished year 2020 up to this year to due Covid-
19 pandemic.
The original objective of this program to procure
materials needed in printing the SLMs of the learners.
This was reconstructed because in the past two (2)
years we have no face to face classes. Our school
conducted a MDL (Modular Distance Learning) is in
the form of individualized instruction that allows
learners to use self-learning modules SLMs) in print,
whichever is applicable in the context of the learner
and other learning resources.
The activities that we did to attain its objective
were the following:
- Allocated budget from School MOOE
- Purchased the materials needed
- Printed the SLMs
- Distributed the SLMs to the learners

With the cooperation of our School Head and

Teachers, we successfully attain the reconstructed
objective of this project.
