3) Analysis of the problem:

As we know that the Covid-19 has affected globally and it effected turkey very bad as well. In
Turkey, more than 100,000 deaths were reported. Even with precautions, hundreds of people
were contracting the disease every day, and the number of cases was steadily rising. The
medical professionals risk their lives, even if infected patients were kept apart.

5) Preliminary answers to the question:

The physical interaction with the infected patient is usually the main cause for spreading the virus. If
the infected patient is isolated so we can use a smart robot that can do communication and control
fully by the doctor or nurse. By this the lives of health-care worker are much safer.

The design project involves learning and application of various sensors, actuators, control
theories. The end product of the design project is an smart prototype of robot that is able to
do two way comunication between Doctor and patient. A camera with embedded color
tracking capabilities is included in the project. A smart robot is controlled by a mobile
application as a remote The objective for designing prototype of smart robots is to keep
health worker safe during the pendamic times. Experimental results have demonstrated that
the developed prototype is able to achieve the tasks.

I studied Electrical Engineering and Technology with relish, I love everything related to
technology, technological development, technological equipment, removal and installation
devices and browsing the Internet I believed that engineering is a world of creativity and fulfill
all human needs for comfort and easy life. Based on this idea I shaped my life. When I
graduated from the secondary school, I decided to study Electrical Engineering and
Technology. I work hard through the four years of studying I found myself engaged more and
more to the field. I strongly believe that Electrical Engineering and Technology should be
innovative, quick to adapt and adopt new technologies. My country needs engineering
experience, especially in the field of Technology to develop it in different ways with the least
available resources. As you know, Afghanistan is blockade and does not have all
capabilities. I am deeply interested in the MS of Electrical Engineering and Technology. I
believe that this is the time to achieve my ambition and help my country to upgrade. My
higher education in Electrical Engineering and Technology took my attention because of its

surfing. We believed that technology is the world of creativity, meeting all human needs for comfort
and ease. Based on this idea, I designed my life. After high school, I decided to study electrical
engineering and technology. I worked hard in his four years of study and found myself increasingly
