7 Cylinder secured by chain to the trolley.

Trolley tyre are free from damage and in working

Availability of industrial type lighter(no match box /

DCP/CO2 Fire extinguisher and fire bucket with

sand are available
Gas leak test has been done before starting the

job to avoid fire
