We are searching for a senior leader (Associate Director / Director level) for our Business team
Ideal Persona :
● Someone who has managed growth at a fast scaling B2C ed-tech startup
● While ed-tech is the best fit, anyone who has managed growth at a B2C startup will be a
good fit
● 6-10 years of total experience, with at least 3 years experience in owning growth
● Has experienced both 0->1 (figuring) and 1-> n ( scaling) journey of a startup
● Excellent first principle problem solving skills
● Someone who can balance strategy with execution
● Someone who has built and improved complicated processes involving multiple stakeholders
● Has led a team of at least 100 people
● It is an added plus if the candidate has entrepreneurial experience
Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership.
There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
