Management Team (Departments)

Executive Department
- Aleqcis Jay Paglinawan, Co-owner & President
Mr. Paglinawan will be our business' main leader. He is in charge of overseeing the overall
operations of the company. Directing agendas, driving profitability, managing strategy, and convening
meetings to discuss the current state of the business are all part of his duties.
- Timothy Benedict Padilla, Co-owner & Chief Operating Officer (Vice President)
Mr. Padilla is the second-in-command in our company and Mr. Paglinawan's assistant. He is also
in charge of ensuring that the company's operational and financial procedures are effective. He will also
be in charge of marketing initiatives and the implementation of better business practices.

Department of Finance & Administration

- Wesley Villaflor, Head of supplies & Sales Assistant
Mr. Villaflor works as the supplier, managing the acquisition of the needed supplies and
ingredients to create and prepare our food product. He will also work as an assistant to Mr. Reyes, our
accountant. He is in charge of processing transactions, keeping the sales floor organized and stocked,
and assisting Mr. Reyes.

Department of Sales & Marketing

- Lhyle Ayevan Sitchon, Co-owner & Chief Marketing Officer
 Mr. Sitchon is the company's Marketing Strategy Director. He is in charge of developing,
implementing, and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy. He is the one who's responsible
for increasing the business' publicity.
- Chester Neil Reyes, Salesman
Mr. Reyes works as a Salesman for our company. He is responsible for meeting or exceeding
sales targets, as well as preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

Department of Operations & Productions

- Rayven Reine Mercado, Co-owner & Head Cook/ Chef
Mr. Mercado is the head of our cook or the main chef. He is in charge of providing the best
possible service to our customers by ensuring the preparation of food, checking of supplies, and
maintain quality and cleanliness to our product.
