SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, EDNA JANE M. JAKOSALEM, single, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with

residence and postal address at Zone 5, Socorro Street, Mercedes Zamboanga City, do
hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT ANGELA F. QUERIJERO,
single, likewise of legal edge and Filipino Citizen, with postal address at Zone 6, San
Isidro Street, Cebu City, whose specimen signature appears below, to be my true and
lawful Attorney-in-fact, to act for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my own
use and benefits to do the following acts and deeds:

A. To purchase real property or properties anywhere in the Philippines, in an

amount acceptable to her;
B. To sign and/or execute any deed of conveyance to effect the sale of property in
my name; and
C. To receive all the documents pertinent to the purchase of any property.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact- full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite
and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of substitution and
revocation and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
