likewise of legal age, with postal address at Blk 11 Lot 17 Wren st. Northridge Sub. Palmera Homes, San Jose
del monte, Bulacan as our true and legal representative to act for and in our name and stead and to perform the
following acts:
1. To sign for me and in my name all papers and documents pertaining to the lease
property to Mr. Ryan Mark D. Rosada located at 657 Ferndale Homes, Bgy. Kawayan,
Quezon City;
2. To collect and receive whatever sum in legal tender any proceeds, payment,
interest, return of premium, or otherwise from Mr. Ryan Mark D. Rosada for payment
of the lease located at 657 Ferndale Homes, Bgy. Kawayan, Quezon City.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full powers and authority to do and perform
all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing powers, as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and
revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue hereof.
