    OPM530 Group Project

    TOPIC (YOUR PROJECT TITLE MAY DIFFER):

    “Assessing the operations of a company of your choice”

    INSTRUCTION:

    1. Form a group with the maximum of 3 group members (name and student id must be clearly shown on
    the cover)

    2. Only one printed copies is expected from each group

    3. Deadline for the project is week 12/last meeting(e-pjj).

    4. The expected output should be around 10 – 15 pages of findings (refer requirements)

    REQUIREMENTS:

    The group assignment should portray findings on these areas

    1. The background of the company. (5m)

    2. The company’s core product or business. (15m)

    3. The importance of the location of the business to support its operations. (15m)

    4. The issues/problems (at least 2) that the company faced in running the business. (30m)

    5. Find solution to reduce/mitigate operations problems/issues. (30m)

    6. Good management of the report (cover, alignment, use of languages). (5m)

    PRINT and BINDING SPECIFICATIONS

    Font used should not be too fancy as to complicate reading. Students were advised to use either Times
    New Roman (font size - 12) or Arial (font size – 11).

    Text in the report should be typed 1.5 spaced (max).

    The report should be tape bind.
