Using/ based on the following template, express your learning in the following:

1. Before, I used to believe that learners’ motivation affected by their parent and teachers,
but, after the discussion on Human Environmental factors Affecting Motivation, I’ve
learned that there are environmental factors that influence students' motivation
include both human and non-human factors. Teachers, fellow students, and the
learner's parents make up the learner's immediate environment.

I also learned that there are three factors that affect the student motivation this are 1)
Teacher’s Affective Traits – More so than pedagogical practice, the teacher's
affective traits, or social and emotional behaviors, are important. 2 Bullying among
classmates and the desire to fit in and the last one is 3) The learner spends at least six
hours a day in school, so parents are an important component of their human
learning environment. The remainder is spent at home. Teachers aren't supposed to get
as much time with kids as parents do.

2. Before, I used to believe that the physical condition of the classroom may contribute
much to learners’ motivation but, after the discussion on The Classroom Climate, I’ve
learned that Classroom climate the prevailing mood, attitudes, standards, and tone that
you and your students feel when they are in your classroom. A negative classroom
climate can feel hostile, chaotic, and out of control. A positive classroom climate feels
safe, respectful, welcoming, and supportive of student learning. As an educator we should
need to secure our student appositive learning environment in order for them to be more
motivated in their studies.

3. Before, I used to believe that learners can to learn in any type of environment by the
adjusting process, but, after the discussion on The Physical Learning Environment, I’ve
learned that the physical learning environment greatly affects the performance of the
learners. It can be related to both student achievement and student behavior. A well-
maintained and safe physical environment of high-quality fosters positive attitudes and
motivations related to students' ability to learn, academic achievement, and prosocial
behavior.

4. Before, I used to believe Learning within the online environment, often termed as
"eLearning", differs from the traditional classroom learning community. Unlike
traditional classroom learning opportunities, online learning environments foster
additional learning experiences where learners can interact, collaborate, and take
ownership of their own learning, but, after the discussion on Facilitating Learning in
Online Environments, I’ve learned that there are different effective strategies such as
asynchronous, synchronous and Blended learning environment from this 3 learning
environment I prefer the asynchronous wherein it is a student-centered teaching style
that employs online learning tools to allow information sharing across a network of
people outside of the constraints of time and place learning environments foster
additional learning experiences where learners can interact, collaborate, and take
ownership of their own learning.
