LOVE-FILLED MESSAGE

First, let me give my warmest salutation to the industrious and the action man of Brgy.
Guelew, Barangay Captain Rodolfo G. Ramos, I would also like to acknowledge the
presence of all our dedicated Barangay officials. I would also like to give my salutations
to our responsible PTA Presidents both in elementary and secondary, Diana Galarce and
Remar Ambanloc, aloha to all the PTA officers. To the competent and efficient head
teachers both in elementary and secondary, Sir Milou Mercado and Dr. Gilbert Baysic, to
all our lovely and dashing teachers, our dearest learners, and parents. A glamorous
evening to one and all!
“Some affairs are to be done; some are to be remembered. But there are those that are
to be cherished – as they are engraved in our hearts forever.”
Tonight represents the culmination of a spectacular event meticulously arranged by the
teaching and non-teaching forces. After two years of not having Soiree, we'll finally be
able to see you on the dance floor, enjoying every beat of the music; this type of
memory should be relished and treasured since it brings us immeasurable joy; an
experience worth sharing in the years to come. My heart is overjoyed to see you in your
most beautiful gowns and dazzling suits, but most importantly, to see your bright and
genuine smiles.
You are celebrating two distinct significant events in the lives of high school students
that are fused into one. I bet, your idea of this evening affair is concentrated merely on
Soiree which is considered by most of you as the time when the ambiance turns to be
poignant and romantic. A time when you are afforded an opportunity to be with your
campus crush. Undeniably, that remains true. Yet, that is not the only definition of this
occasion. What you have accomplished now is one of the manifestations that Guelew IS
is one and united. That love, fraternal love, flourishes among her members and even
extends beyond the school premises. That camaraderie is nurtured and rapport among
Guelewenians is maintained and valued. This is the image that you, Seniors and
Juniors, must be able to depict to the younger Guelewenian and to society in general,
being their role models. Such is a grand experience worthy of anticipation. For the
seniors, this will be another wonderful experience but perhaps the most memorable of
them all; since it will be one of the few that is left to be done before your graduation.

May this affair forge bonds among all of us. May the fruit of this fulfilling
activity be ours not only as keep safe but as wisdom: as an experience – as a piece of
the magnificent gift named “life”.

To God be the glory, now and forever. Thank you!
