 WESAFE INDIA SHOPPE PARTNER

a) REFERRAL BONUS: A Brand Partner/Direct Seller Who Sponsors a WeSafe India Shoppe
shall be entitled to a Referral Bonus at 3 Percent of Monthly Business Volume Turnover of that
WeSafe India Shoppe. Referral Bonus will be Paid to Sponsor Brand Partner on Monthly Basis
for Supporting the Sponsored WeSafe India Shoppe for Business Development.

b) RETAIL MARGIN: A Brand Partner/Direct Seller shall be at liberty to have a Retail Margin up
to 20 Percent on MRP.

c) BUSINESS VOLUME INCENTIVE: A WeSafe India Shoppe Partner shall be entitled to an

Incentive at 12 Percent of the Monthly Business Volume Turnover from his/her WeSafe India
Shoppe.

d) GROWTH PARTNER BONUS: if a WeSafe India Shoppe Partner Completes 12 Lacs Turnover
till 31st March in any Financial Year Closing, he/she will be eligible for Growth Partner Bonus, at
3 Percent of the Annual Business Volume Turnover distributed among all above eligibility
Criteria Achiever Shoppe Partners & Mega-Shoppe Partners.

 WESAFE INDIA MEGA-SHOPPE PARTNER:

a) REFERRAL BONUS: A Brand Partner/Direct Seller Who Sponsors a WeSafe India Mega-
Shoppe shall be entitled to a Referral Bonus at 2 Percent of Monthly Business Volume Turnover
of that WeSafe India Mega-Shoppe. Referral Bonus will be Paid to Sponsor Brand Partner on
Monthly Basis for Supporting the Sponsored WeSafe India Mega-Shoppe for Business
Development.

b) RETAIL MARGIN: A Brand Partner/Direct Seller shall be at liberty to have a Retail Margin up
to 20 Percent on MRP.

c) BUSINESS VOLUME INCENTIVE: A WeSafe India Mega-Shoppe Partner shall be entitled to

an Incentive at 8 Percent of the Monthly Business Volume Turnover from his/her WeSafe India
Mega-Shoppe.

d) GROWTH PARTNER BONUS: If a WeSafe India Mega-Shoppe Partner Completes 12 Lacs

Turnover till 31st March in any Financial Year Closing, he/she will be eligible for Growth Partner
Bonus, at the 3 Percent of the Annual Business Volume Turnover distributed among all above
eligibility Criteria Achiever Shoppe Partners & Mega-Shoppe Partners.
