and development.
School Facilities:

 gym/auditorium
 outdoor garden
 principal's office
 faculty rooms
 medical clinic

Students' learning outcomes are significantly impacted by their learning environment. The schools'
open areas and noise, the improper temperature, inadequate lighting, crammed classes, poorly placed
boards, and the out of order classroom arrangement are all potential distractions for students in the
classroom. Positive learning environments have been associated with increased motivation, engagement,
and general learning ability in students. Learners can gain a deeper understanding and solid knowledge of
the subject matter by learning in a healthy environment. Therefore, in order to improve performance, it is
important to be aware of the environmental exposures that interfere with a person's ability to learn.
A kind of classroom management that is conducive to learning is a classroom with management
that gives students a comfortable physical environment, enables them to sit comfortably, see and
understand what their teacher is saying, and allows them to interact socially with their classmates. Another
is interaction-promoting classroom management. Create a classroom where interaction is encouraged,
whether it be between students themselves or between teachers and students, as opposed to one where
only the teacher speaks and the students merely listen. Conversations are excellent for making lessons
more enjoyable for students because they add depth to the learning process beyond just listening, taking
notes, and completing assignments.
Field Study 1 Activity 3– Distinctness of a Learner in a Diverse Classroom
Worksheet Summary:
Every one is different from another, just like how one learner is different from the other. But in
these differences, there will still be something common that will be found or the differences can also be the
reason for the people to interact with each other. Interaction occurs in schools, especially when the school
has this comfortable and friendly environment. Learners are not going to be afraid to make or try to
converse with others.
Learning behaviors vary due to the diversity of learners, and I have observed that learners'
behaviors change when a relatable example is provided. For example, some learners may simply take
notes, but when they are more connected to the topic or it piques their interest, they become more engaged
and interactive. Students in the front row are mostly reciting at first, but as the discussion progresses,
others become more interested.
I observed that the relationship built among the learners is in a good way, where
they help each other. As they are the Special Science Class, being competitive is
observable among the class but at the same time they are helpful with each other. And
they do cooperate when teacher asked them to.
