STATEMENT OF AIMS
FMP unit is the summative unit within final term of the qualification. It will
provide students with a measure of self-directed learning through the
completion of a substantial creative media production and technology project.
The unit requires students to apply the skills, knowledge and understanding
developed over the entire course, to complete a creative media production project. It
will provide students with a measure of self-directed learning, and an opportunity to
further clarify their longer-term goals through their choice of an activity to explore in
greater depth

The must use 3 act structure

200 – 300 Words
Some friends go to the forest to look for another friend that was kidnapped and
they are and a cave at an abandon military base. The base is full of guards that
are with the kidnapper which is Williow. They entered trying not the spotted. When
they exit Williow finds them when they exit, and they get take to an abandoned
hotel and got lock in it.
One of them managed to find a key hidden in one of the draws for the door to their
room when they got out there was a robot that is meant to guard the build and
started to chase them. They found a key for a scientist at is making some sort of
gas in a glass tube then put it close to a vent and released it. They opened all the
doors and found all the friends and escaped.
They all when the city and it very quiet. They found out some sort of chemical leak
happened around the area. They found someone acting strange and they black
eyes with yellow puples they all ran away from them. They hid in a shopping
centre in the city. They found someone else in the same condition as the person
outside, so they left there. When they got out Williow was waiting with all of the
guards from the military base except one. One for the guards got attacked and
died.
Williow took them to a prison that has been evacuated from what has happened.
Luckily one of the friends is an engineer and manged to open the cell door they
manged to exit but one of the guards was there, but they help them by distracting
Williow.

1. Do something you enjoy – look back on projects this year and think about
what skills you’ve learnt and which you have really enjoyed. What job would

Use a wide range of methods and resources (as covered in unit 2).
3. Manage your time. Just think how fast this year has gone so far. Plan ahead
and don’t fall behind. MAKE USE OF INDEPENDENT STUDY TIME.
4. You must document everything what happens as you go along. Your entire
journey from start to finish should be fully recorded. Describe and analyse as
you go along. Every aspect of your project should be fully considered. Your
Project Action Plan and Timetable will be vital to the success of your FMP
