activities they saw and listened
from the video.

Brainstorming :
Teacher asks pupils to repeat
the activities for healthy lifestyle
from the video. Individually,
teacher helps the pupil to
elaborate briefly on each
respond.

Placing Words Into The
Content:
The teacher uses students'
respond to relate the theme and
topic in this lesson Health and
Environment- Take care. The
topic is introduced in the article
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF in
Pulse 2 page 94. Pupils listen to
audio and read the
text individually.
 PRACTICE STAGE : ACTIVITIES
CHORAL DRILLS:
Pupils repeat the 11 target
words( in blue) in the article.
FOCUS ON
UNDERSTANDING THE
MEANING OF WORDS
The teacher ask 1 pupil to
say aloud a word that match
the picture in the article.
This activity is repeated
for 3 pictures.
MONITORING:
The teacher asks the pupils
to match the words with the
definitions in contextual
clues from the article to
check their undertanding of
the word.

The teacher asks the pupils
to use the prompt questions
to prepare for a roleplay-
respond to a question and
give suggestion related to
the topic
They are guided to use the
prompt ideas in the box and
they can add more details
from the article to respond
or give suggestions.
PRODUCTION STAGE
ROLEPLAY

In pairs, pupils take turn to roleplay

their Q & A in a conversation.
The pair will deliver their roleplay and other pupils
will listen and jot down their ideas and responds.
Teacher then ask 1 pupil to say aloud their friend’s ideas.

This activity will repeated untill all pairs have done the task .
