Periodic Table App It has all the functions for the necessary information of the
elements in the periodic table and even hundreds of chemical
equations. It is accompanied by a scientific calculator.

Canva It is used to create unique and aesthetic designs, which can


also be personalized when making presentation that has lots of
graphic presentations to make your output creative.

Star Walk It can be used as an interactive app which tells what star or
constellation by pointing your camera phone to the sky,
turning on the GPS and compass data.

Science Practical Simulator It can be used to develop a practical activity for science which
has descriptions and explanations of a specific concept that
will go over with the ability of a learner.

Arduino Science Journal It allows us both teachers and students to collect data from
different practical science experiments. It is engaging since it
allow users to make observations.

 As much as I want to experience a class with the use of the above-mentioned apps but
eventually, we are not allowed to deliver any lesson and handle a class.

*Note: As we are not allowed to handle a class or deliver any lesson, therefore, I cannot answer this
part of the episode as I don’t any experience to share.

1. How ready am I in organizing and using apps in teaching- learning process?


 From what I have realized in answering this episode and organizing or selecting
appropriate apps in teaching the students, I am not ready and equip enough to develop to
decide if it is accurate to the needs of the students.

2. What do I still need to learn in order to use apps in teaching effectively?


 I still need to learn on how to properly align the learning competencies and performance
standard in selecting the appropriate apps in teaching the students.

3. What can I do to learn more about and practice the use of educational apps?
 I need to discover more through attending webinars especially in selecting apps in
teaching science to conduct interactive activities and discover more by searching on the
internet. Hopefully, soon I'll be able to apply this apps in a class.

1. What do I hope to achieve to address the problem? (What change do you want to achieve?)
 I hope to achieve that I can present an appropriate app and I want to be more
resourceful in developing the goal of the learning of the students in integrating apps in
the classroom.
