The world we are in right now is full of challenges so that we must be ready. There are times that we will become vulnerable and we don`t know to do. But we should be
strong and believe that we can make it because success belongs to those who never get tired of learning.

As a student, it is not very easy to manage time, but I have to find a way to handle everything well so that to deal with it. After my On-The-Job-Training coordinator tell as
where we are assigned I knew that I will learned a lot and I will gained a lot of experience that I can be used on my future career. In a short period of time in Maritime Police
Station for almost a month it gave me a lot of wonderful experiences and I treasure it. Being a trainee at first, I don’t know what I should do because everything is new to me and
now I am seeing what career I should go someday. I am very thankful and I feel great to be in an agency where my course is co-related and it is an advantage for me. I experience a
lot from lectures about the law that they implemented in our territorial seas and their fines, the assemble and disassemble of high powered firearms, from the hand capping
techniques and how to approach criminal and telling their rights to water search and rescue lives from downing and teaching us the basic ways to survive from the distance
swimming. Then, the police officers are willing and dedicated to teach us what they know and real works inside their job.

As I move closer to my dreams, I will always remember the lessons and values I have learned from the agency such as alert, flexible and willingness to learn, work
effective and efficient without complaining.
