There are times that I’m having a hard time to expressing myself, my thought with others because I don`t exactly know how I am I going to say it in a way that the listener
could easily understand it and get my point. Ever since I started my on-the-job-training, more commonly called “internship,” I have learned values that will help me build a
brighter future. Every day is a challenge for me to stand out. But I always have a winning attitude through the guidance of the lord, and always tell myself, “I’m gonna win this”.
On-the-job Training is one method which we the interns are exposed with different work station designed to give students an opportunity to experience and a enhance to
apply the theories and computation that we have learned from the school. It also helps me to acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting. It also
allows those with no experience to work and to learn at the same time. On-the-Job Training helps me to learn more about my chosen field and practice what I has learned fron the
school.
As the times goes by, I never get tired of learning what are the happenings inside the station and what should I do if I were in their position. I never imagine that this time come by
because of people who is pulling me down this pandemic really hits me but because of God grace and my willingness to study now I am here ending my On-the-Job Training with
full of knowledge.
