Dear Mr. Alejandro Esperanza,

We, the Supreme Studen Government Officers, for SY 2021-2022, would like to ask permission
to implement one of our projects called “Josefians’ Foundation” on campus this coming retrieval
day/s.

Josefians' Foundation is a project that will allow the students to voluntarily donate necessities
for the school. This project aims to awaken the spirit of volunteerism in the students and let
them take initiative by donating plastic bottles and cleaning materials for the betterment of the
school.

We would like to ask permission to stay at school from Tuesday to Wednesday, morning to
afternoon, to properly execute our plans for this project.
