Warm Up (15mins)- Freeze Tag Technical Exercise 1 - (15mins)- Racing Cars

Create 20x20 yard area. 25x25 yard area

Technical Exercise 2 (15mins): Treasure Chest 4v4 Games (15mins)

20x20 yard area with a 6x6 circle in the centre. Play 4v4 games. 5 minute games and rotate teams around all teams
