SQnA QC HANDBOOK

Objective: The Handbook serves as a template for QC experts to improvise clarity in their communication with EAs. QC Experts may use the
following exemplary comments to develop appropriate QC feedback.
1. Comments should be constructive, specific, relevant, descriptive, and polite.
2. Comments should educate the EAs to improve the quality of Answering.
3. Comments should end with a period only (.) and not with an exclamation mark (!)
4. Comments should not be in the form of questions (?)

Accuracy
Parameter Specific comments
• This answer is incorrect. Please review the information and
make the necessary correction to ensure accuracy.
Incorrect answer
• If the answer is completely wrong, mention what would make
the answer right.
• Here <explain what is missing in the answer>. Please do not
provide incomplete answer. Giving an incomplete answer neither
helps the student nor lets any other expert answer the question.

• Only a part of the question has been answered. The answers


for the subparts are not provided. In case of multiple subparts all
the subparts must be answered.
