SUBJECT: FEEDBACK REPORT ON THE CONDUCT OR ADMINISTRATION OF LISTAHANAN

HOUSEHOLD ASSESSMENT.

DATE : JULY -31, 2022

July 1-31, 2022 the undersigned started the Listahanan Household Assessment to the 4p’s targeted beneficiaries who
are expected to be validated at the end of July-August 2022.

AREAS OF DISCUSSION CURRENT ACTION RECOMMENDATION

Before the implementation of this
assessment, all Pantawid Staff from
Lanao del Norte had undergone with two
days training relating to the said
validation or assessment.
The undersigned is one of the
enumerators assigned in some barangays
of Pantar, Lanao del Norte. Pantar has
more than 800 targeted beneficiaries to
be validated and reassess.
As of July 29, 2022, the team through
collective efforts, they have successfully
assessed more than half of their target. To
wit:
Baranagays:
Campong- 20, West Pantar-17,
Poblacion-46, Pantar East-60, Bubong
Madaya-39, Bangcal-28, Dibarosan-14,
cabasaran-47, Pantao Marug-
38,Cadayonan-40, Kal East-86, Kal.
Lower-12, Poona Punod-30, Lumba
punod 85, Pitubo 21, Tawanan-44. These
are the numbers that were assessed so far
for the month of July 2022.
The Team Pantar was able to come up with a
strategy to conduct the validation by district. The
Municipality of Pantar has 4 districts that were
group base from the location site of the
barangays, these are, Kalanganan
Cabasaran District, Pantar District and Punod
District. This give a clear direction as to the
organization of each barangay. The team thru the
initiative of the are supervisor, group the team
members to each district that made very easy for
them.
So far more than half of the target beneficiaries
were validated and assessed. The Team was
expecting to continue the validation next month.
It is important that the worker
is secured and that no one can
harm her/him during the
conduct of the assessment, by
doing so, He/She should pay a
courtesy call to the barangay
chairman, so they will be
informed about his/her
District, presence in the area.
Another thing, is that, the
parent leaders should be
informed about the things
necessary to submit in order to
informed the beneficiaries to
prepare ahead , this could also
help the worker to have a light
burden in collecting all the
datas. Some important papers
that need to be attach in the
Household assessment form is
the birth certificate, marriage
certificate and school
certificate of the children who
were studying.
