of SPG/SSG Advisership, all School Heads shall endorse a qualified teacher to be

designated as the SPG/SSG Teacher-Adviser through the School Governance and
Operations Division-Youth Formation Division.

6. After the conduct of the SPG/SSG Elections, the designated SPG/SSG Teacher­
Advisers shall accomplish the following E-Documents Report to be submitted through:

a. List of Newly Elected/Appointed SPG/SSG Officers

b. Designation letter of SPG/SSG Teacher-Advisers (signed by the School Head)

The report templates shall be sent to the SPG/SSG Facebook group chats after
the election.

7. All SPG/SSG Teacher-Advisers are also instructed to input their details on this
google sheet for updated directory; https:, /bit.h, SPG SSG-Adv1sers.

8. All expenses to be incurred for the conduct of the S.Y. 2022-2023 student
organizations' elections shall be charged to the school MOOE and/or local funds
available, subject to the usual accounting rules and regulations.
