Rules and Guidelines

1. No outsiders allowed. HARANA: Himig ng mga Awiting Pag-big is exclusive to the


current students of QCSHS; alumni and outsiders will not be permitted.
2. No Ticket, No Entry. The Event Pass must be submitted along with a Signed Parent’s
Permit and Event Exit Slip upon entry.
3. All Guests and bags are subject to search. Please be prepared to have your body
and bags searched before entering to guarantee the security of all participants. Items
confiscated at the entrance gate area may be claimed the week after the event.
4. No big bags. Bringing of valuable items is discouraged; students are to be liable for any
damage, misplacement, or loss of their belongings. With this, only small bags are
allowed inside, and bags larger than 35cmx20cmx30cm will be prohibited.
5. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Refrain from bringing outside food and
drinks as these will be disposed of before entering the venue. Food and Beverage
concessionaires will be available inside the event.
6. Wear Proper Attire. All attendees must adhere to the Proper Dress Code for the whole
duration of the event. Tank tops/Sandos spaghetti straps, crop tops, shorts/skirts above
the knees, slippers, and high heels are all prohibited.
Recommended attire: 90’s themed outfits.
7. Bringing of illegal and dangerous products or weapons are not allowed. Alcoholic
beverages, Cigarettes, and Deadly Weapons are strictly prohibited. Persons carrying
such items will no longer be allowed to enter the event grounds.
8. No cars allowed. No cars will be permitted to pass through Golden Acres Road.
Students must be dropped off near the DepEd NCR Regional Office, and fetched at the
2nd Gate in front of The Grass Residences. No vehicles will be allowed to enter and park
inside the school premises. (refer to the event map.)
9. Throw Garbage properly. Scientians are expected to follow the ClayGo Policy. There
will be designated disposal bins around the area where you can properly dispose of your
garbage.
10. Proper behavior shall be observed throughout the event. Avoid rough pushing,
shoving, or lifting other attendees to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment. Please
report any inappropriate behavior to your nearest security or staff.
11. No students shall be permitted to stay beyond the borders of the audience area.
12. No re-entry. Once you have already entered the campus you are no longer allowed to
go out unless fetched by a parent or guardian.
13. Students who will not be picked up by their guardians must present a signed Exit Slip to
the designated staff at the Misamis gate.

HARANA: Himig ng mga Awiting Musika Event stipulated above.

Foldable chairs, mats, tents
