Based on the result of pre-oral reading test, 14% out of 240 learners are diagnosed as non-readers and
struggling readers.

Project Objective Statement:


To achieved 0% non-readers and struggling readers by the end of school year.
  To increase the number of independent and instructional readers by 37% - 80% in three years.
