Ma’am/ Sir;

Good day! I hope this letter finds you well.

My name is Jasmin Cutaran, a freshmen student under the college of education of

Visayas State University. I am sending you this to formally ask for permission to
become an interviewee for the fulfillment of our subject PrEd 125 – The Teaching
Profession, where we are tasked to interview two (2) Filipino teachers – one teaching in
the Philippines and the other teaches abroad or has taught outside the country. I am
asking for favor if you could spare some of your time with this regard. The said interview
only contains a few questions that need brief but concise answers, and your responses
will serve as my guide in my chosen course as I make a reflection out of it.

I am hoping for your positive and immediate response with this matter.

Thank you and God bless!

Sincerely yours,

JASMIN CUTARAN

Student – VSU College of Education (Main Campus)
