3. You are to submit a report on a hazard identification and the corresponding control
measure response to the risk involved. 
3. The report must be submitted within the scheduled time to the assessor. 
4. You must explain your work to the assessor. 
5. A total of 15 mins is given to complete this oral questioning assessment to go through the
work assignment.

Instructions: 

You are appointed as the WSH Coordinator who is to coordinate the hazard identification at
your workplace.  Your WSH Officer requests you to submit a written report on how you would go
about coordinating the hazard identification. 

Your written report should cover the following: 

Describe your organisation and the nature of business and main activities

This is a cable installation company that carries out the following work:
1. Excavation
2. Install cable protection pipe
3. Cable pulling
