What is
Beverage Ware?
BEVERAGE WARE
These are containers
used to hold and serve
all kinds of beverages
such as liquor, coffee,
juices, and the like.
TYPES OF
BEVERAGE WARE
• Unfooted Glass
• Footed Glass
UNFOOTED
GLASS
SHOT GLASS
It measures
(2 ounce). A small
glass for liquor.
ROCK GLASS
It measures (8-10 ounces).
Lowball glass is a short
tumbler used for serving an
alcoholic beverage, such as
whisky, with ice cubes (“on
the rocks”).
JUICE GLASS
(4-6 ounces). It is
a juice glass, for
fruit juices and
vegetable juices.
HIGH BALL GLASS
(6-8 ounce). It is used
to serve highball
cocktails and other
mixed drinks. It is also
more taller
than rock glass.
COLLIN GLASS
(10-14 ounces). It is
cylindrical in shape
and narrower than a
highball glass.
ZOMBIE GLASS
(10-16 ounce).
It is used
for cocktail
juices.
BEER PILSNER
(16 ounce).
It is used in
light beers.

intended for serving
beer with handle and
