Identify potential duplicate invoice duplicate payment to suppliers.

Manage data of unit price discrepancy error between PO and invoice by reaching out to
suppliers and resolving issues for further processing of payment.
Analysis and manage data in Excel file of Tax Exemption with multiple vendors and
contracts.
Trained and mentored new associates on the process.
Took initiative in the new process of EDI
transition responsible for resolving EDI invoice error which are stuck due to pricing and
quantity error and stabilize it.
Responsible to handle queries of payment reissue, duplicate and ingot duplicate invoices in
PO process.
Assist leads and manager in monthly project reporting update with stakeholders.
Resolve account payable queries by identifying issue and reaching to required point of
contact.

Project Xtraction

1. Project Xtraction came into place around Jan 2022 and i was assigned to Pilot team of that
project considering my experience in Contract.
2. Being senior i was given responsibility to lead this project until it goes live and even after
that i have been supporting team which required constant look up for any improvement and
stabilization
3. Main concept of the project is to automate the PR to PO process 100% without any human
intervention, in which bot will automatically extract data from the multiple contracts of vendor
which is under client and make use of it according to requirement.
