2. Registration link will be opened until 6:00 o’clock in the evening of February 25,
2023. Only registered participants who will accomplish the online evaluation form
after the session will receive a certificate of participation. Trainers may join in any
other event or category, provided prior notification to the concerned resource
persons will be made.

3. All expenses relative to the conduct of the planning conference and training
workshop shall be charged against CID-GASS/Journalism/local funds. While
traveling and other incidental expenses incurred by the resource speakers,
producers and training facilitators shall be charged against their respective school
MOOE/other local funds subject to the usual accounting and COA rules and
procedures.

8. Immediate and widest dissemination of this MEMORANDUM is highly desired.
