quorum was present and acted throughout the following were
adopted and approved:

Lot 2 Phase 1, Southville 9, Brgy. Pinugay, Baras, Rizal, is
appointed as the duly authorized representative of the
Corporation to secure a Tax Clearance from Bacoor City Hall
and prepare and submit documents necessary to the
foregoing."
