attention and only while the electric current supply switch is
turned off and there is no air under pressure in any of the
pneumatic systems.

 Switch for turning off air suplly  Press up - Air evacuation of the
from the circuit circuit

 Valve for evacuation of air

and water from air tank

INSPECTION OF VALVOLINE

Always check regularly the valvoline level inside the motor (type SAE 90)
and, if necessary.

 Valvolive tap of reducing warm-gear

 Valvoline gauge

MOTION WHEEL ENGINE

The engine of the motion wheels fulfills with 1/2 lit. In case valvoline is
needed to be changed, take care to have a 1 lt can. This way tidiness is
ensured; dangerous situations to the controller, the conserver and
envinroment are avoided.

Valvoline contains various dangerous elements. Due to this, they

must never come directly in contact with the human skin and
shall never be wasted in the environment. Always abide with the
relevant laws.

• Return oil filter

• Oil indicator
 Tank’s evacuation

All types of valvoline and oils contain various dangerous

elements. This is why they should never directly contact the
human skin or never be wasted in the environment. Always abide
by any relevant laws.

The central tank can be filled with 250 lt of hydraulic oil. During the
change make sure that no oil leaking occurs on the machine. If it does,
then clean carefully the area where the oil has leaked, thus avoiding
dangerous situations for the person responsible for the maintenance, the
operators of the machine and the environment.

The first oil filter must be replaced after 500 hours of operation,
whereas next filters must be replaced every 1500 hours of
operation.

During filter replacement, make sure that no oil leaking will occur on
machine. In such a case, the oil-leaked area shall be cleaned carefully,
thus avoiding dangerous conditions concerning operators of machine as
well as staff responsible for its maintenance.

Change of the external filter: Close the oil-sluice valve. Unscrew the old
filter and screw in the new one. The type of filter is : FBO-Ca 160/6 or
another similar to this that there is in market.

Change of scavenge filter: Open the hatch. Remove the old scavenge
filter and install the new one. The one of the filter is: 3/4" – F -10-80/6-
C-CR 100/6 or another similar to this that there is in market.
