Professional Experience
As Senior Manager (Facilities) gaining experience in the Media Industry with setting up of Studios
and efficiently running the ITES Post Production Studios with DNEG: ReDefine ( A Prime Focus Ltd
Company).
● Managing the entire Facilities process, policies and procedures (work orders, PPM,
Move/Add/Change requests, Workplace Safety, Supplies, KPIs, SLA etc for the organization
● Managing the Performance Management function and Staff Training and Development of the
Facilities Team.

Key Achievements in this Role:
1. Successfully transitioned 1 new office setups of approx. 20 K Sft and was responsible for
setting up flawless transition process for the company.
2. Was involved in setting up the Work from Home for the company and planning the deliveries
of Systems & IT Assets to the employee home for enabling WFH setups during the COVID-19
lockdown.
3. Reduced the OPEX cost by renegotiating the Vendor AMCs during the lockdown period by 20-
25%
As Consultant (Head- Property Management) in Jones Lang Lasalle, had leveraged my experience in
the FM Transition in the Property & Asset Management segment to setup new sites for Regular FM
Operations.
● Generate customer Complaint/Feedback mechanism at site to address all the concerns as per
agreed SLA of the various agency and generate the MIS for the same.
● Set Up of Fit Out Manual and other SOP’s as per the site requirement and implementing the
same for the seamless site Operations.
● Set-up the Base operations of the Facilities Management for the residential site and Liaoning
with the local statutory agencies for adherence to compliance.
● Instrumental in setting up of the Club House and formulation of User Manual and Guidelines
for various amenities usage.

As Asst. Manager – Facilities (Corporate Services) for Altisource Business Solution Pvt. Ltd was
reporting to Director-APEC, was responsible for all Administrative Operations of Mumbai which
was approx. (3.0 lac Sft).
● Supported operations by managing the MEP, HVAC,Fitouts & Janitorial Services related
activities for FIVE facilities and liaise with all regulatory bodies pertaining to day to day
operations;
● Directed the facilities management team to handle cost-effective maintenance work of the
office. Implement and oversee the preventive maintenance program to reduce the risk of
sudden failures of critical equipment for all FIVE facilities.
● Implemented & reviewed various processes and policies for ensuring the safety and security
of the Facility. Also instrumental in driving the “No Cell Phone Policy” on the Operations

setting up flawless transition process for the company.
5. Was involved in reduction of Security cost by 7% without compromising the Security
Compliance by better Negotiation and optimization of Staff.
As Sr. Executive – Facilities & Properties (Administrative Services) for Hutchison 3 Global Services
was reporting to Head of the Department, was responsible for all Administrative Operations of 1.5
Lac Sft and was responsible for handling the entire Mumbai Budget of 3.5 Cr per month.
● Managed by monitoring and directing the MEP, HVAC, all Civil &Janitorial Services in one of
the facilities and liaise with Building Management, other regulatory bodies pertaining to day
to day operations; handled cost-effective maintenance work of the office. Audited the PPM
schedules to reduce critical equipment failure, reviewed practices of M&E Personnel in line
with OEM recommendations, managed breakdowns with no Business Downtime.
● Responsible for Service maintenance reports, Inventory and Purchasing of spares and
consumables, Downtime and breakdown incident reports, setting up and sustaining the best
maintenance standards and practices
● Manage a program of inspections for the property on Energy conservation, Maintenance
practices, Utility management procedures, and coordinate with Electrical auditor for
periodic health check of the Electrical systems.
● Monitored periodic Air, Water and Food Quality checks to maintain paramount standards.
● Was part of the Transport team for strategizing and implementing the Transport module
from Km basis to FTE basis thereby insuring better vehicle utilization and simplified billing.
