DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Dear Mrs. Mary Ann L. Balido,

I am writing this letter to refer Janfer Curam to you as part of a disciplinary action from our school's
guidance department. Janfer has been assigned community service as a consequence for violating
the school’s code of conduct.

As Janfer's guidance advocate, I have been working with them closely to address the issues that led
to the disciplinary action. We have had several discussions about the importance of taking
responsibility for their actions and making positive contributions to the community.

I believe that community service is an excellent opportunity for Janfer to learn the value of giving
back to society and to make amends for their actions. They are a bright and capable individual who is
eager to learn and grow from this experience.

They are committed to completing the required hours of community service and are open to any
other opportunities that may be available.

I ask that you please consider Janfer for any community service opportunities you may have
available. Your support and guidance will be greatly appreciated as we work together to help John
Mark learn from their mistakes and become a responsible member of the community.
