One of the most difficult tasks for senior high school students is immersion.
Technically, you are an employee of the company. As they are unfamiliar with
the workplace atmosphere, the students must find it challenging to adjust.
Numerous things have to be taken into account.

As this is my first time as an employee, I initially found it difficult. It took a

long time for my body to adjust. It was agony to me. Even my fellow classmates
find it challenging. I was first helpless. Yet as time passed, I came to see that it
was only a means of preparing us for the outside world. It helps in preparing us
physically, mentally, and emotionally for job when the time comes. I developed
good time management skills. For me, getting up early and arriving at work on
time has become difficult. I was good at managing my time. In order to connect
with my coworkers, I also learnt how to be amiable. I have only learnt a few
things through my employment as an employee during my immersion.

It must be challenging and exhausting to work. You also get benefits from it,
though. There are a ton of things huge discover and learn about. You may
develop your independence and time management skills by working.
