WRITTEN WORK_CHAPTER 1

GUIDELINES

1. All activities must be handwritten, and solutions must be provided

in a clean sheet of paper/bond paper. Solutions may be based on the
solution provided on the lesson or as instructed by the teacher - the
short procedure of the solution ia allowed as long the teacher can
follow or keep track of the solution and come up with the same
answer.

2. Submit your outputs as one file with your name, section, and lesson
number in the heading of your paper. Take a screenshot or scanned
your work and convert your file in PDF format. Name your file as:

Surname_Section_WW 1

Ex. DECASTRO_STEM 111_WW 1

3. Upload your file in MyLpu course site SQA Module A under the
assignment site/bin provided by your teacher.

4. Be reminded that WW 1 will be checked only in the MyLpu course

site by your teacher. Submission outside the course site will be
scored as zero.

5. Scoring for each activity will be determined by the teacher.
