Activity 2
Direction: On the space provided below, show a symbol(s)/picture of what
represent your “Self” and explain it in minimum of five (5) sentences.

EXPLANATIONS
I REPRESENT MY SELF AS A PILLOW BECAUSE WHEN MY FRIEND HAS A PROBLEM AND NEEDS
A HUG I ALWAYS TELL THEM THAT FEEL FREE TO HUG ME OR TO CRY OVER ME EVEN THEY
DONT OPEN UP THEY’RE PROBLEM TO ME BECAUSE I WANT THEM TO FEEL THAT IM ALWAYS
HERE BY THERE SIDE NO MATTER WHAT HAPPEN AND THAT DEPRESSION MASK GIRL YEA I
REPRESENT MY SELF THAT BECAUSE I ALWAYS PRETEND THAT IM FINE EVEN IF IM NOT
BECAUSE IM NOT COMFORTABLE TO TELL THEM MY PROBLEM CAUSE I AM SCARED OF WHAT
THEY’LL SAY TO ME. THIS IS BECAUSE OF MY BESTFRIEND LAST TIME I TOLD HER BEFORE MY
PROBLEMS BUT HER FOCUSED IS SOMEWHERE AS IF SHES NOT LISTENING AND INTERESTED
TO MY WHERE ABOUT’S WHEN IM TELLING HER MY PROBLEMS. SO THAT’S THE START THAT I
DONT FEEL LIKE SHARING MY PROBLEMS TO OTHER’S. IT’S BETTER TO KEEP IT THAN TO
SHARE YOUR PAIN TO THE OTHER’S BUT THE LAST THING I DO WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO GIVE
UP I PRAY... I PRAY TO GOD TO GIVE ME MORE STRENGTH BECAUSE I MIGHT GIVE UP.
